Panel Background Information

Our Nordic proprietary, research-only online panels in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland comprises more than 300,000 double opt-in respondents who have completed our registration form with the basic demographic and socio-demographic background variables used for representative sampling.

The basic variables include:

  • Zip code and area
  • Marital status
  • Education
  • Number of persons in household
  • Number, gender and age of children in the household
  • Type of household
  • Personal income
  • Household income
  • Types of accomodation
  • Responsible for purchasing groceries
  • Responsible for economic decisions
  • Employment status hereunder type of branch and employment level
  • Number of employees
  • Level of company decision making within major purchase areas
  • Approx. 50 psycho demographic variables used for segmentation modelling

In addition to the basic variables our system automatically generates

  • Source of recruitment (if available)
  • Date of recruitment
  • Latest invitation
  • Number of invitations in the last 30 days
  • Number of invitations in the last year
